These terms apply to everyone who uses WebcamDesire ("we", "us", the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Adults only
The site contains sexually explicit material and is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to enter or use it. By entering you confirm that you meet this age and that viewing adult material is legal where you are. Don't let minors use your device to access the site; parental control tools can block it (every page carries the RTA "Restricted To Adults" label).
2. What the site is
WebcamDesire is a directory of live webcam rooms hosted by third-party platforms such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, LiveJasmin, BongaCams, CamSoda, XLoveCam, Streamate and ImLive. We don't host, produce or stream any video ourselves and we don't employ or represent the performers. Room lists, pictures, previews, profile details and streams come from the platforms' official affiliate feeds and players and are shown as provided. Profile texts on our pages are written automatically from those details.
Information can be out of date or wrong: rooms change every few minutes and we rely on what the platforms publish. Everything is provided "as is".
3. Third-party platforms and affiliate links
When you open a room, buy tokens or sign up, you leave WebcamDesire and use the platform's own service under its terms, privacy policy and prices. We are not a party to anything you agree with a platform or a performer, and we can't help with payments, refunds or disputes there. Many links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you sign up or buy on a platform. This doesn't change the price you pay.
4. Your account
You don't need an account to browse, rate models or keep favorites in your browser. A free account lets you write reviews, save favorites on every device and upload a profile picture. When you create one:
- give a real email address you control and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account;
- choose a display name that isn't offensive, doesn't impersonate anyone and doesn't contain links or contact details;
- one account per person.
You can change your details or delete your account at any time on your account page. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
5. Reviews, ratings and pictures
Ratings and reviews must reflect your own honest experience of a performer's public or private show. Not allowed:
- anything involving or suggesting minors, non-consent, violence, incest or bestiality;
- personal information about a performer or anyone else (real names, locations, contact details, images from outside the platforms);
- insults, hate speech, threats, harassment or doxxing;
- links, advertising, spam, or reviews written for payment or to manipulate ratings;
- profile pictures that show nudity, other people, minors or material you don't have the right to use.
You keep ownership of what you write, and you give WebcamDesire a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show, store and adapt it (for example shorten it) on the site for as long as it is online. We may moderate, hide or remove any review, rating or picture, without notice, and we may hold reviews for approval before they appear.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law; don't scrape it in bulk, overload it or try to get around its security, rate limits or age warning; don't record, copy or redistribute streams, pictures or texts shown here. Performers' content belongs to them and the platforms.
7. Removal requests and copyright
Performers can have their listing removed through our profile removal form; removed profiles don't come back with feed updates. Copyright owners can send a DMCA notice the same way or to the platform hosting the content. We act on valid notices and remove repeat infringers.
8. Our content
The site's design, texts, code and the WebcamDesire name and logo belong to us. You may link to any page, but not copy or reuse the site or its texts without permission.
9. No warranty, limited liability
We provide the site without any warranty that it is available, accurate, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or data, or for anything that happens on third-party platforms, in performers' shows or through links we show. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if the change is significant for account holders we'll point it out on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is established, without taking away the protection that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
